Babylon Kids: Money QuestTerms of Use
Last updated: 2026-10-29
These terms apply to the app Babylon Kids: Money Quest (“the app”) and this website. The app is provided by Individual Entrepreneur Almaz Basimov, identification number 345838285, registered on 30 April 2026 with the National Agency of Public Registry of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia. Address: 1 Zhiuli Shartava Avenue, Batumi, Georgia.
1. Who can use the app
Only an adult (a parent or legal guardian) can create an account and add children. The parent is responsible for the family account and for how children use the app.
2. Licence
If you got the app from the App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies, together with these terms. We grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use the app for your family.
3. Purchases
The introduction and the first month are free. A one-time in-app purchase unlocks the next months for the whole family; it is not a subscription. Payment and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms; we never see your card details.
4. Educational content
The app teaches basic money habits through stories and games. It is not financial, legal or tax advice, and it does not hold, move or invest real money. “Coins” in the app are a family record of the money a parent gives.
5. Fair use
Please don’t try to break, copy or resell the app, and don’t put other people’s personal data in free-text fields.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the app running but can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update the app and these terms; we’ll announce material changes in the app.
7. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, the app is provided “as is”, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the purchase. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without depriving you of the protection of mandatory laws of your country of residence.
